After importing your contacts you can start creating your first email campaign.
Under Campaigns choose Email Campaign.
Now you select a starting point for your template. You can use one of the TargetEveryone standard templates, a blank template, a custom template or you can add it in HTML.
If you select one of the standard templates you can right click on the widgets to change the content or delete them. You can also add new ones from the widget panel on the left side.
When choosing a blank template you select the widgets from the widget panel on the left side.
You start by adding the widgets you desire. For a complete overview of each widget click here.
You can add as many widgets you want, but we recommend you to imagine for how long your contacts will scroll down your email - and always add the most important part of your message on the top.
We recommend starting by adding a text widget for the pre header. Read more about the pre header here.
We would recommend you too add the URL to your email template on the top of the page. This is because some email providers are older or choose to display your email in a different way. See how here.
Then we would recommend you to add your logo. This makes the recipient immediately see who is the sender of the campaign. For sizing click here.
Now build the email template as you want with the functions you desire.
When you are done with the content in the email you need to add the footer. To learn more about the footer click here. You can not send the email campaign with out the footer, so if you try to save the email without the footer you will get a pop asking you to please insert footer widget to give your recipients the possibility tu unsubscribe.
When you are done with the campaign you click on I'am done, save campaign.
