Double opt-in template

 

What is an Double opt-in template?

 

The Double template can be used to send a verification-message to your contacts when they are registering for the first time. They will get an SMS, Email or both where they will have to verify them selves by clicking on a link. You create the text, sender name and attach a campaign link. It can be used in a mobile landing page campaign, email campaign, web form or it can be connected straight to a keyword. 

 

 

How to use:

To create a Double opt-in template you click on your username, template settings, and then Double opt-in.

 

 

 

Here you choose "Create New Template" for SMS Template.

Now you create the template name - so you know what template to attach to the campaigns later. Create a sender name, add a campaign and then you create the text. You also create the "Opt-in title" which is the text that will who in front of the verification link.

Then you choose "Create New Template" for Email template.

Here you also create the template name - so you know what template to attach to the campaigns later. Create a sender email, create the subject line and then the message text. 

Then save the template by clicking on the red "save" button.

 To add it to your sign up form in your mobile landing page you have to add mobile number and/or email as a field and then select "double opt-in", "SMS" and/or "Email" and then you choose the template(s). When your contacts now hit the "submit" button they will receive the template(s) you created.
