What is a Call widget?

Call widget is an effective & primarily used call-to-action button that you can use in your campaign to drive click-to-call actions by your target audience. It allow your target audience to call you back with a single click avoiding any further fraction of waiting.


How to use - 3 Steps to follow:

Step - 1

To add the call widget either click on it or simply drag-n-drop it to the 'WORKAREA'.


Step - 2

a. Call to mobile number – ‘Call Settings’

a. Under these settings you need to define the Call us button Label/title; select your Country & enter your Mobile number to receive the phone calls triggered via this call us button.


b. Hashtag
It will auto-fill the on-click ‘Call to Mobile Number’ information as saved within TEO CRM under one of the available EXTRA INFO Column corresponding to recipients’ contact result. Simply add a hashtag let’s say [Extra Info1] within your cam- paign against your added Call Us widget and it will auto-ex- tract the contact information as saved within EXTRA INFO1 column targeting every recipient respectively.

Condition: This option will only work against your saved TEO CRM contact results having ‘Mobile Number’ listed under ‘Extra Info’ columns.

Use Case: Let’s say you have a customer named ‘Mary Smith’ and you want that every time when she will click on Call Us button placed within your campaigns – her call will reach your specific sales representative’s Cell phone in this case he is ‘John’.

Now, when you’ll save ‘Mary Smith’s contact details’ within TEO CRM you need to save John’s mobile number within one of available ‘Extra Info’ column like Extra Info1 will contain John’s Mobile number.
Finally, you’ll add a hashtag [Extra Info1] within your Call Us widget settings and distribute it to Marry. When Mary will receive the campaign and click on this Call Us button auto- matically she will be calling at John’s mobile number.


as well you can stylize this button's look-n-feel as per your requirements by altering the font and button background color, size & type options; organize its placement and reposition it further by playing around Alignment, Margin & Padding options.


Step - 3

Finally, do remember to save all your altered Call us button settings within your campaign by clicking on the 'Save Changes' green button.
