How to view your purchase or billing history

You can view the account purchase history in the account settings in TargetEveryone if you signed up for an online subscription.

NOTE: If you purchase TargetEveryone through a reseller partner or subscribe for a TargetEveryone Enterprise account, the billing history is only available by contacting the reseller partner or TargetEveryone in the country you purchased the subscription

Account settings

You can view the date, item, total amount of each transaction and your usage/subscription balance. To view your purchase history:

  1. Sign in to your account settings
  2. Scroll down to account information and
  3. Click on the transaction history

Note: We only show the last 24 months of billing history.
