Step I
Locate the 'Add Loyalty Card' settings within TargetEveryone
All native app 'Loyalty card' related settings are located within the 'Mobile App Config' section of TEO. In order to reach at 'Loyalty Card Creation' option please follow the following guidelines:

![]() Click on the '03 Loyalty Card' tab Now, you are within the 'Mobile App config' module of TargetEveryone - here simply open up the '03 Loyalty Card' tab to access all native app loyalty card related settings and actions. |

Step II
Start adding the new Loyalty Card details
After clicking on the 'Add Loyalty Card' button the 'Add Loyalty Card popup' will appear. Here, you need to fill in all required details within card detail, card image and fields to show tabs.
Note: Field titles highlighted with red star are the compulsory fields that are must to add info(s). And most importantly unless you have a store you can't create any loyalty card.
- Add Loyalty Card > 01 Card Details
About: Add Loyalty Card > 01 Card Details Form Fields (as shown in the image above):
Select Store: Here you need to select the 'Store' to which you wish to add a card.
Card Title: Give your card a name/title here that will appear within the mobile app's loyalty cards list.
Card Description: Please add the customer support representative mobile number here at what your customers can call to resolve their Loyalty card related queries (if any).
Support URL: Add a customer support URL here. - Add Loyalty Card > 02 Card Image
Card image: Upload your Loyalty card reference image here that will appear within the mobile app's loyalty card list.
Note: Image should be of 500x500 size. Lower than this size will lead to distortion of the imate within the mobile app.
How?
Simply, click on the 'Choose File' button, select the image file and hit upload button. - Add Loyalty Card > 03 Fields to show
About: Fields to show form fields (as shown within above image):
First Name: Keep it checked if you want to show customers' 'First Name' against their digital loyalty card within the mobile app.
Note: To rename the field title (i.e First Name) simply type in the new label )may be in your native language or any other name) as per your preference within the text entry field placed right next to it.
Last Name: Keep it checked if you want to show customers' 'Last Name' against their digital loyalty card within the mobile app.
Note: To rename the field title (i.e. Last Name) simply type in the new label (may be in your native language or any other name) as per your preference within the text entry field placed right next to it.
Membership Id: Keep it checked if you want to show customers' 'Membership Id' against their digital loyalty card within the mobile app.
Note: To rename the field title (i.e. Membership Id) simply type in the new label (may be in your native language or any other name) as per your preference within the text field placed right next to it.
Start Date: Keep it checked if you want to show loyalty card's 'Start Date' within the mobile app.

Expiry Date: Keep it checked if you want to show loyalty card's 'Expiry Date' within the mobile app.

Type: Keep it checked if you want to show loyalty card's 'Type' within the mobile app.
Note: To rename the field title (i.e. Type) simply type in the new label (may be in your native language or any other name) as per your preference within the text entry field placed right next to it.
Barcode: Keep it checked if you want to show loyalty card's 'Barcode' within the mobile app.

Step III
Configure and assign loyalty card to contacts/customers
About: Loyalty Card Configuration form fields (as shown in above image):
Select Store: To assign a card select the Store first then you will see the related Loyalty cards list within 'Select Card' dropdown.
Select Card: Select the Card that you want to assign to this customer contact.
Billing Status: Update card's billing status to either 'Active' or 'Inactive' as per your requirements.
Start Date: Add the date since, when this Card is active or functional.
Expiry Date: Add the date when this Loyalty Card will expire.
Another option is letting your mobile app users to send you a loyalty card joining request
There are two options that are active within our current mobile loyalty apps:
Request to Join available loyalty card:
Using this option you can let your mobile app users to send you a request for availing any of the available loyalty cards corresponding to the stores they are following. As an admin you can approve or decline their Loyalty card requests.
Custom Loyalty Card request:
Using this option your users can send you their custom loyalty card requests.
Accept or reject customers' loyalty cards joining requests
